Why make a pledge?

Bullet point. Red arrow pointing to the right. We have not yet filed for non-profit status, and so we are not currently accepting donations. We are, however, collecting pledges of future financial support. Make a pledge [http://www.textmapping.org/pledgeForm.html] now.

Bullet point. Red arrow pointing to the right. Your pledge will be helpful to us as we seek foundation support. Your willingness to pledge now will help us make the case to foundations that The Textmapping Project merits their attention and support as well.

We will not ask you to honor your pledge until:

Rest assured that we will not share with anyone - and that includes foundations - any personally-identifiable information about you, such as your name, email address, regular mailing address, or phone number [Read our Privacy Policy. http://www.textmapping.org/privacy.html]]. We will only share with them the aggregate data - for example: the total number of pledges, and the total dollar amount pledged.
